Weight Loading Instructions:

• Pull back the pocket cover, and insert weight bars in pockets with the flat side (4.5 oz weight) or concave/indented side (8 oz weight) against your body.
• Fold the pocket cover back over the pocket.
• Start with a weight equivalent of 2% of your body weight.
• Distribute weights evenly across the vest.
