Free Shipping Across Canada:
- We provide free standard shipping on all orders within Canada.
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-5 business days (2-4 weeks on specialty items), excluding weekends and holidays or if an item is on backorder. Please refer to our product pages for specific lead times on specific products.
- Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected during checkout.
- Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been shipped.
Special Conditions for Remote Locations:
- While we strive to offer free shipping to all Canadian customers, certain remote areas may incur additional shipping charges or experience longer delivery times due to logistical challenges.
- Remote locations include but are not limited to:
- Northern regions of Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut
- Coastal and island communities such as Haida Gwaii (BC), Labrador, and Cape Breton (NS)
- Far-flung regions in Newfoundland and Labrador, including Labrador City and Happy Valley-Goose Bay
- Remote areas in northern Ontario and Quebec, including Moosonee and Kuujjuaq
- Some rural areas in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Alberta
- Customers from these remote areas may be contacted after placing their order to discuss any additional shipping charges or to confirm delivery times.

- Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee for customers who require faster delivery.
- We do not ship to PO boxes or international addresses outside of Canada & the United States at this time.
